SHIPPING AND RETURNS

INFORMATION

  • We aim to ship orders within seven business days, however this may be longer during busy seasons
  • Please be advised delivery timescales are only an estimation and not a guarantee
  • Whilst we aim to ship your orders as quickly as possible, we have no control over delays caused by Royal Mail, COVID 19, busy seasons and bad weather
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

UK SHIPPING

Standard Flat Rate: £2.00 

You will be notified when your order has been shipped. Our packages are sent via Royal Mail, and can take up to three business days to arrive after shipment.  A signature is not required for this service. All packages are fully insured whilst in transit.

EU SHIPPING 

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship to the EU via our Shopify store. Please shop our ETSY store here. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING  

Shipping is estimated at 5 to 10 business days to arrive. However, due to the current global situation, delays are likely.

Shipping is calculated based on weight at checkout

0-500g: £15  

501g and above: £23

Our international orders are all shipped with tracking. You'll be notified with the tracking details when your order has been shipped.

Your order may be subject to VAT, custom duties or import tax. Please note you will be responsible for these charges when your order arrives in your country. 

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We have a 14 day return policy on some of our products, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, please check the item description. If it says 'returns not accepted' unfortunately we cannot accept a return. If we can, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items which are not faulty and have evidence of use will not be refunded, and will be sent back to you. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@papertarie.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants) and customised or personalised products. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
